I take full or half payment upfront in USD (united states dollars) through VENMO. Paypal is also accepted but no longer my main preferred app.2.
Prices may change depending on the Commission (complexity of a character, concepts, additions/extras and etc.), this is something that will be said prior and will be worked out between us in DMs.3.
I have the rights to cancel or reject a commission.4.
If able, please provide references, pictures and descriptions! It doesn't have to be beautiful, just enough for me to work off of! The more the better!5.
Commissions usually take 1-2 weeks to be done but I reserve the right to give myself up to 1 month to finish a piece.
It should not take longer unless something gets in the way (such as; work, physical and/or mental health, real life stuff)
In that case you WILL be notified/warned.6.
You can not edit out, crop out or replace my watermark "@HIMBIONN" under any circumstances.
(any art under the watermark @ephemeralkelip is mine as well, but its an old watermark and I will not be using it any longer for my art)7.
My style may vary. Commissions are experimental, and I am not a machine!8.
Please give me credit (@HIMBIONN) when you repost something I made for you, no matter where you post it.
If you use my art as an icon or banner on any site where you create content, especially if you earn money from it, (this includes Youtube, Twitch and so on), PLEASE put a credit somewhere in your bio or descriptions etc.9.
Your commission will probably be posted on social media, unless you specifically ask me to not. There is also a chance I'll use it on my website as a commission example, or use it anywhere else to promote my art.10.
WIPs will be sent to the client most of the time, and progress will be shown on Trello unless asked otherwise.
Major changes will not be made after the piece is done, unless it's an important mistake regarding the character's design.11.
